Awesome Burritos , wish they were open on Sunday, wish they would reopen in Blue Springs, I miss them being 5 min from my house, the blue springs ponchos sucks now that they got some young red haired guy running it...I'll keep driving to kck

Attached to a gas station, Burritos to Go is a good place if you want something fast and cheap. Their burritos are around $3 and they have plenty of options for filling. You walk in and order and they make the burrito in front of you. I ultimately chose the #3 Puerco en salsa roja, and my wife got the #7 Pollo en salsa verde. Both were good, met my expectations for a $3 burrito. If you are a wimp for spice, I would definitely avoid the burritos with a pepper sign next to them, my wife found that out the hard way.
The lady working there was very nice and I think it's a pretty good option for late night or on-the-go situations.
They do accept credit card. -

This is part of a gas station, so keep that in mind when gauging your expectations and experience. Hot means hot, $3 means $3 quality. I'll be back for the breakfast burrito!

Quick and fast taquerilla style burritos ready in minutes. The pork in green salsa has great favor and is spicy enough to make your nose run. If you don't want anything spicy, try the Picadillo burrito.

This is a good, very fast, take out burrito place, on 7th St & Central in KCK. Next to a check cashing place and a gas station. It's cheap, $3.50 - 5.00 or so for a medium-sized burrito, they make the burritos with a bit of refried beans and your meat of choice. One is plenty for me, if you are a big eater you might want two. Bring cash. They are open very early, I've been there at 6 AM. The burritos are tasty, and you can get red or green salsa by asking.
The menu is fairly short but they hit the high points. I get deshebrada beef - brisket (or something like) braised in a fairly spicy green chile - or rajas with cheese. You can get an egg/meat breakfast burrito, and they also have chicharron, chicken and some pork options. The chicharron is the soft stewed kind, not crispy. Nice fresh flour tortillas, crisped a little on a flattop to order. The counter staff does not usually speak much English. Okay, never that I have experienced. Not a problem just don't try to substitute or add ingredients, that won't work, and will just annoy/bewilder the staff. (haha, I've tried this several times, and am just reporting facts. I'm a midwesterner, I want cheese on everything in the morning, but I can't have it on my beef deshebrada burrito, I'm okay with this now).
I've been stopping here for years before docket calls in WyCo district court. I think it's more or less the same as another one on Armour Rd in KCMO judging by the menu pic on the yelp post but since I have never been to that one I can't say for sure. No idea if the same ownership
